What this app does NOT do because a multitude of solutions already exist for these matters:
- Texting or messaging between Tenant and Landlord (Simple SMS or email is encouraged)
- Accept monetary rent payments from Tenant (Too many different ways to be paid exist)
- Track invoices, tax information, cash flow reporting (Existing financial software should be used)
- Track service requests (Most service requests are handled in-house by local maintenance crew)

This means if anything should happen to your device, no problem, simply log in with a new device and all your data immediately available.
